Sir/Madam, pursuant to regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 05th September 2026 has fixed Wednesday, 23rd September 2026 as the record date for determining eligibility of members for payment of interim dividend of Rupees 0.05/-(5 paise only) per equity share of FV 1/-each for the financial year 2026-27. The interim dividend shall be paid to the eligible members before the statutory due date.
