Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Company, today, dispatched letters to those shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/ depository participants, providing the web-link and QR code through which the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, including the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, can be accessed on the Company's website.\r\n\r\nA copy of the specimen letter is enclosed herewith.\r\n\r\nThe same is also available on the website of the Company at www.hfcl.com. \r\n
