ARCL Organics - Dealing Of Equity Shares Of The Company On ''National Stock Exchange Of India.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), vide its circular no. 1355/2026 dated August 14, 2026, has notified its members that the Equity Shares of ARCL Organics Limited (Symbol: ARCL; ISIN: INE372M01010) have been permitted to-trade and admitted to dealings on the National Stock Exchange (Capital Market Segment) with effect from August 17, 2026. In this regard, it is clarified that the equity shares of the company are listed on BSE Limited only and are available for trading on NSE under the \Permitted to Trade\ (PTT) category in terms of applicable regulatory provisions.
