Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI(LODR) Reg. 2015, we hereby inform you that the Members of Bai-Kakaji Polymers Limited, at the 13th AGM of the Company held on Saturday, 12th September 2026 have approved by way of Special resolution the alteration of Clause III(A) of Memorandum of Association by insertion of a new sub-clause 6.
