The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 57.24 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 40.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 40.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 46.00 per cent at Rs 1,077.43 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 737.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 48.57 per cent to Rs 973.58 crore from Rs 655.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.48 per cent at Rs 5.16 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.59 per cent to Rs 103.85 crore as against Rs 82.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.93 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 43.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.88 crore, while Taxation increased by 43.93 per cent at Rs 19.92 crore (Jun'25 Rs 13.84 crore).
