Cochin Shipyard has declared 30% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Cochin Shipyard Ltd. on Friday, 15 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 30 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 18 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 18 September 2026.

The last five dividends are 70% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 03 February 2026), 80% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 November 2025), 45% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 September 2025), 70% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 12 February 2025) and 80% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2024).
