Dr. Lalchandani Labs - Extension For Annual General Meeting For FY 2025-2026

The company due to ill health of the Chairman of the Company had filed the Application for extension of Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26, the ROC Delhi has considered and approved the application and granted the extension for the period of 3 month i.e. December 31, 2026. Therefore the Company will hold the AGM for FY 2025-26 at the earliest but not later than December 31, 2026.
