Re-appointment of Ms. Urmi prasad (DIN: 00319482) as the Joint Managing Director of the Company for the term of his appointment as a Managing Director for a period of five (5) years, effective from April 01, 2027, to March 31, 2032. \r\n\r\n2. Re-appointment of Ms. Charita Thakkar (DIN: 00321561) as the Joint Managing Director of the Company for the term of his appointment as a Managing Director for a period of five (5) years, effective from April 01, 2027, to March 31, 2032, subject to the approval of Central Government, as the Ms. Charita Thakkar is an Non-Resident Indian.
