With reference to our earlier intimation vide letter dated 29th July, 2026, please note that in the Company's Annual General Meeting held today i.e. on 25th September, 2026, through VC/ OAVM, shareholders/members have accorded their approval to the re-appointment of Dr. Himanshu C. Patel (DIN: 00087114) as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. 1st August, 2026 to 31st July, 2029. It is hereby confirmed that Dr. Himanshu C. Patel is not debarred from holding the office as Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority.
