No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/SG/2026-27/391 dated 28.09.2026 received through email seeking clarification on Volume Movement of Complany's Securities.\r\n\r\nThere has been no extra-ordinary event or actiivty in the Company which would warrant any exceptional movement of Volume/Share price on the exchange. However, the price/ volume movement of its shares on exchange seems to be in sync with the shares of other sugar companies and the increase in the volume is purely market driven. The management of the Company is in no way connected with the increase in the volume of the shares.\r\n\r\nIt is confirmed that there is no information/announcement (including any impending announcement) which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price/ volume behavior of Mawana's scrip.\r\n\r\nReply letter is attached.
