Hypersoft Technologies announces strategic entry into Artificial Intelligence

Hypersoft Technologies Ltd has announced its strategic entry into the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space with plans to develop a proprietary AI platform aimed at enhancing data science capabilities and ERP efficiency for enterprise clients globally.

The BSE-listed enterprise IT solutions and products company said the initiative builds on its four-decade experience in enterprise software, client-server applications and database solutions.

The AI platform is being developed in collaboration with technology partners and domain experts across the US, Singapore and India, where Hypersoft already has an operating presence and client relationships.

The company plans to develop a unified AI environment initially focused on Finance, Pharmaceuticals and Strategy Consulting. The platform is intended to support financial analysis and forecasting, regulatory and compliance-related workflows for pharmaceutical companies, and decision-support tools for strategy consulting.

Hypersoft said the initiative is part of its broader strategy to expand into GovTech, FinTech and AI/ML frameworks, while moving beyond services-led delivery towards scalable, platform-based intellectual property.

Managing Director Narra Purna Babu said the company views the initiative as a potential new growth engine and intends to pursue the AI platform with a focus on governance, transparency and long-term stakeholder value.

The company said the diversification is aimed at broadening its addressable market and diversifying revenue streams. However, it cautioned that the initiative remains subject to risks including technology development, dependence on partners, market acceptance and regulatory changes.
