Appointment and Re-designation of Mr. N. Venkataraman (DIN: 05220857), Whole-Time Director designated as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, as the Deputy Managing Director of the Company, with effect from 1 October 2026; and\r\n\r\n2. Appointment of Mr. Ramamurthy Jayaraman, Vice President - Corporate Finance, as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 1 October 2026.
