At the AGM held on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 held at 3:30 PM, the following changes were made in the management- \r\n1. Reappointment of Mr. Tulsiram Sahu as Director, liable to retire by rotation.\r\n2. Appointment of M/S. KCMG and Associates, as Statutory Auditors for 5 years.\r\n3. Reappointment of Mr. Aditya Sharma as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 years.\r\n4. Reappointment of Mr. Hifzul Rahim as Managing Director for 3 years.
