Textiles Ministry extends RoSCTL scheme for apparel exports till December 31

The Ministry of Textiles has extended the RoSCTL scheme for another three months, providing continued support to exporters of apparel, garments and made-ups until December 31, 2026.

The extension will be effective from October 1 to December 31, 2026, with the scheme continuing at the existing rebate rates and under the current guidelines, the ministry said.

Introduced in March 2019, the Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL) scheme aims to reimburse eligible embedded state and central taxes and levies on exports that are not covered under other refund mechanisms.
