Asian Paints Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026; 2. unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026; and \r\n3. declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March 2027. It is further informed that the record date for payment of interim dividend, if declared, will be Wednesday, 4th November 2026.\r\n\r\nFurther to our letter no.
