Asian Paints - Record Date For Payment Of Interim Dividend, If Any, For The Financial Year Ending 31St March 2027

This is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 29th October 2026, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 31st March 2027.
