This is to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., Monday, October 05, 2026, through Video Conferencing, inter alia, considered and approved the following: 1. The acquisition of debt by way of assignment from M/s. Kshitij Polyline Limited and matters incidental thereto. The Company proposes to enter into a Deed of Assignment of Debt with Kshitij Polyline Limited ('Assignor') for acquisition of the debt due from Sparion Infrastructure Private Limited, together with the related rights, bene??its, claims and underlying security, for an assignment consideration of ?10,35,35,520/-.
