Anant Raj Cloud, Orange Business sign MoU with Haryana Govt to take cloud services global

Anant Raj Cloud Singapore Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Anant Raj Ltd, and Orange Business Services Singapore Pte. Ltd have signed an MoU with the Government of Haryana to promote the state as a global hub for cloud and data centre services and facilitate the hosting of overseas data in Haryana.

Under the partnership, Anant Raj Cloud Singapore will market Haryana-based data centres and Ashok Cloud to international customers and support the onboarding of overseas businesses seeking to host their data in the state.

The development builds on Anant Raj’s Rs 25,000 crore investment commitment announced in June 2026 for developing data centre infrastructure across Haryana.

Anant Raj, through its group entities, plans to develop approximately 307 MW of IT load across its Manesar, Panchkula and Rai campuses, with the Rai campus in Sonipat having potential capacity of around 200 MW.

Orange Business will explore opportunities to act as a technology partner, providing expertise in cloud architecture, AI infrastructure, high-performance computing and managed digital services, while also supporting the international go-to-market strategy.

The partnership comes amid Haryana’s Data Centre Policy 2026, which provides incentives for data centre development. The companies aim to leverage the state’s infrastructure and cost advantages to attract global data workloads and expand cloud and AI-ready digital infrastructure.
