AU Small Finance Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (subject to limited review by the joint statutory auditors) of the Bank for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2026.\r\n\r\nTrading Window Closure: \r\n\r\nPursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading, it is hereby informed that Trading window for trading in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026 till Monday, October 26, 2026 and hence, they are not permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till Monday, October 26, 2026.\r\n
