With reference to the news item appearing in various English and Malayalam dailies on October 13, 2026 the Company notes reports stating that the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau (VACB), Keralam, has registered a First Information Report(FIR) in connection with the allegations surrounding certain financial transactions between the Company and Exalogic Solutions Pvt Ltd.\r\nIn this Regard, we wish to clarify that the Company has not yet received any formal copy of the FIR or official intimation from the investigating agency. The Company will provide further details and disclosures as required if it receives formal intimation.
