Asian Energy Services Limited has informed the Exchange about Receipt of certified true copy of the final order by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ('Hon'ble Tribunal') in the matter of Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Oilmax Energy Private Limited ('OEPL' or 'Transferor Company') with Asian Energy Services Limited ('AESL' or 'Transferee Company' or 'the Company') and their respective shareholders ('Scheme').
