Ather Energy - Granting/withdrawal/surrender/cancellation/suspension of key licenses/ regulatory approvals

Ather Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) has approved and granted a Certificate of Registration dated October 15, 2026 to Ather Insurance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Ather Energy Limited (the Company), to act as a Corporate Agent (Composite) for distribution and servicing of life, general and health insurance business under the IRDAI (Registration of Corporate Agents) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
