Modison - Board Meeting Outcome for OUTCOME OF BOARD MEETING

This is to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. Friday, October 16, 2026, the Board inter alia has:\r\n\r\n1. Approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, which is enclosed herewith.\r\n\r\n2. Declared the interim dividend for the financial year 2026-2027 of Rs.4/- per equity share (i.e. 400%) on the fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- per share.\r\n\r\n3. Fixed October 23, 2026 as the Record Date towards payment of Interim Dividend. \r\n
