Modison has declared 400% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2027

Modison Ltd. on Friday, 16 October 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 400 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 23 October 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 23 October 2026.

The last five dividends are 300% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 July 2026), 250% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 08 December 2025), 200% Final dividend (Ex Date : 02 September 2025), 150% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 21 February 2025) and 200% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 July 2024).
