ICICI Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board at its meeting held today, inter alia, approved the filing of an application with RBI seeking its approval for the continuation of Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sinha as a Non-executive Part-time Chairperson of the Bank for a further period from July 1, 2027 till February 16, 2029 which is within his tenure as Independent Director approved by the Board and shareholders. This information is being filed in continuation of the disclosures filed by the Bank on February 17, 2024 and May 24, 2024.
