The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, i.e., 19 October 2026, approved the re-appointment of Prashant Verma as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) as per RBI Guidelines, effective 1 February 2027, for a period of 3 years, subject to regulatory approvals, if any.
