The Members at their meeting held on 21.10.26 have approved the following regularization:\r\n1. Mr. Harit Anand as Whole-time Director of the Company \r\n2. Mr. Arun Pandey and Mr. Manoj Yadav as Directors of the Company in the category of Non-Executive Directors.
