The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e., 28th October, 2026 has, inter alia, approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company together with Segment wise Revenue, Results, Segment wise Assets and Liabilities for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026, along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement of the Company for the half year ended \r\n30th September, 2026, duly recommended by the Audit Committee in its meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, 28th October, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
