The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.58 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.20 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.28 per cent at Rs 32.73 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.12 per cent to Rs 22.98 crore from Rs 21.06 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 16.22 per cent at Rs 0.93 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.11 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 52.82 per cent to Rs 9.75 crore as against Rs 6.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.12 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 214.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.32 crore, while Taxation increased by 43.51 per cent at Rs 2.21 crore (Sep'25 Rs 1.54 crore).
