The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.79 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 952.94 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.79 per cent at Rs 35.55 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 44.10 per cent to Rs 39.90 crore from Rs 27.69 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 57.40 per cent at Rs 10.31 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 6.55 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 3453.85 per cent to Rs -4.36 crore as against Rs 0.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2765.22 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 29.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.66 crore, while Taxation decreased by 117.42 per cent at Rs -0.31 crore (Sep'25 Rs 1.78 crore).
