The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 70.69 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 79.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 10.85 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.40 per cent at Rs 3,823.80 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3,371.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.62 per cent to Rs 3,615.97 crore from Rs 3,074.23 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 54.73 per cent at Rs 57.56 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 37.20 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 30.17 per cent to Rs 207.83 crore as against Rs 297.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 38.39 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 15.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 92.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 205.11 per cent at Rs -26.76 crore (Sep'25 Rs 25.46 crore).
