The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 74.96 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 86.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.82 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.30 per cent at Rs 813.48 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 705.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.54 per cent to Rs 696.97 crore from Rs 598.03 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 60.87 per cent at Rs 14.54 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 37.16 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 8.36 per cent to Rs 116.51 crore as against Rs 107.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.04 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 34.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.98 crore, while Taxation decreased by 14.24 per cent at Rs 24.22 crore (Sep'25 Rs 28.24 crore).
