The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 47.34 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 87.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.72 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.66 per cent at Rs 786.91 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 852.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.14 per cent to Rs 723.19 crore from Rs 762.40 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 56.91 per cent at Rs 8.35 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 19.38 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 29.04 per cent to Rs 63.72 crore as against Rs 89.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.15 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 137.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.51 crore, while Taxation decreased by 18.27 per cent at Rs 12.30 crore (Sep'25 Rs 15.05 crore).
