The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.40 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.23 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.38 per cent at Rs 24.83 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.87 per cent to Rs 19.45 crore from Rs 15.96 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 27.20 per cent to Rs 5.38 crore as against Rs 7.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.54 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 31.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 65.54 per cent at Rs 1.02 crore (Sep'25 Rs 2.96 crore).
