The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. Wednesday, October 28, 2026, inter-alia, transacted the following business: 1. Approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with Limited Review Reports received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company. 2. In-Principally approved the proposal for amalgamation of Hyd-Air Engineering Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, with the Company, pursuant to Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013. 3. Noted the completion of tenure of Mr. Mustafa Abid Kachwala as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on November 27, 2026. 4. Approved Re-designation of Ms. Drashti Bhil as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from November 28, 2026, for a period of three (3) years.
