The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 69.16 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 55.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 23.88 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.45 per cent at Rs 134.21 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 114.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.04 per cent to Rs 56.22 crore from Rs 49.30 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 29.19 per cent at Rs 16.20 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 12.54 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 20.04 per cent to Rs 77.99 crore as against Rs 64.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.20 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 17.76 per cent at Rs 22.35 crore (Sep'25 Rs 18.98 crore).
