The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 108.67 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 147.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.44 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.37 per cent at Rs 2,163.43 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,843.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.99 per cent to Rs 1,997.99 crore from Rs 1,784.02 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 68.20 per cent at Rs 54.85 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 172.51 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 179.41 per cent to Rs 165.44 crore as against Rs 59.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 138.32 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 36.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 1936.60 per cent at Rs 28.10 crore (Sep'25 Rs -1.53 crore).
