The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 37.61 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 38.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 1.88 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.15 per cent at Rs 287.94 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 365.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 23.55 per cent to Rs 232.12 crore from Rs 303.63 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 835.19 per cent at Rs 3.97 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs -0.54 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 9.28 per cent to Rs 55.82 crore as against Rs 61.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.07 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 0.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.89 per cent at Rs 12.84 crore (Sep'25 Rs 13.50 crore).
