The Board of directors of the company in their meeting held on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 02.30 pm and concluded at 3.00 pm, on recommendation of audit committee, has appointed M/s. N R Shah & Co., Practising company secretary, Vadodara as Secretarial auditor of the company under section 204 of the Companies act, 2013 for FY 2026-27.
