ZD2408260171987 for application reference no. AD241221005148Q dated 15/12/2021 filed by Abril International which is now Abril Paper Tech Limited.\r\n\r\nThe Commissioner of State Tax has dismissed the appeal filed by the company and upheld the original demand order passed by the GST department. Accordingly, the demand raised by the department along with applicable penalty has been sustained.
