The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4,137.12 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 5179.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.13 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.52 per cent at Rs 18,235.56 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17,787.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.51 per cent to Rs 13,241.52 crore from Rs 11,769.24 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 10.07 per cent at Rs 807.52 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 897.97 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 17.47 per cent to Rs 5,159.50 crore as against Rs 6,252.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.52 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 31.76 crore, while Taxation decreased by 19.56 per cent at Rs 1,344.63 crore (Sep'25 Rs 1,671.65 crore).
