The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.82 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.82 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 61.09 per cent at Rs 9.79 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 60.71 per cent to Rs 9.91 crore from Rs 25.22 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.94 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 100.00 per cent to Rs -0.12 crore as against Rs -0.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 468.18 per cent in September quarter.
