The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 347.16 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 376.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.85 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 0.93 per cent at Rs 2,373.21 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,351.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.70 per cent to Rs 1,830.56 crore from Rs 1,782.52 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 2.32 per cent at Rs 93.67 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 95.89 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 4.60 per cent to Rs 542.65 crore as against Rs 568.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.46 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 20.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 21.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.03 per cent at Rs 114.75 crore (Sep'25 Rs 127.54 crore).
