The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 35.15 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 55.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.97 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.07 per cent at Rs 589.08 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 498.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.06 per cent to Rs 515.41 crore from Rs 412.13 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 27.30 per cent at Rs 4.26 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 5.86 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 15.11 per cent to Rs 73.68 crore as against Rs 86.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.10 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 10.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.97 crore, while Taxation decreased by 36.15 per cent at Rs 12.08 crore (Sep'25 Rs 18.92 crore).
