Orient Technologies Limited has submitted to the Exchange, the following:-i. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.ii. Declaration of an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27 at a rate of Rs. 2/-in words Two Rupee (20% of the face value) per equity share bearing face value of Rs. 10/- each, payable to the eligible shareholders within thirty 30 days from the date of declaration of the dividend.iii. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Friday, November 13, 2026 has been fixed as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the aforesaid Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27.
