The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 49.26 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 55.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.56 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.88 per cent at Rs 1,215.42 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 981.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.95 per cent to Rs 1,116.41 crore from Rs 908.03 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 85.65 per cent at Rs 2.71 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 18.89 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 35.41 per cent to Rs 99.01 crore as against Rs 73.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.40 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 37.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 24.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 315.96 per cent at Rs 11.73 crore (Sep'25 Rs 2.82 crore).
