The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 265.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 277.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.40 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.62 per cent at Rs 1,013.43 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 941.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.40 per cent to Rs 734.18 crore from Rs 659.06 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 16.93 per cent at Rs 82.84 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 99.72 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 0.80 per cent to Rs 298.31 crore as against Rs 300.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.80 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 79.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.60 crore, while Taxation decreased by 3.99 per cent at Rs 84.70 crore (Sep'25 Rs 88.22 crore).
