The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.25 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.64 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.89 per cent at Rs 15.22 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.27 per cent to Rs 10.66 crore from Rs 11.88 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit slipped by 8.78 per cent to Rs 4.57 crore as against Rs 5.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.08 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 44.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.41 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore (Sep'25 Rs 0.85 crore).
