The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.23 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 223.68 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 179.73 per cent at Rs 81.96 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 172.22 per cent to Rs 79.76 crore from Rs 29.30 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 97.47 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.79 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 0.00 per cent to Rs 2.20 crore as against Rs 0.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.00 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 57.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 585.71 per cent at Rs 0.48 crore (Sep'25 Rs 0.07 crore).
