The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.66 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.29 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 38.38 per cent at Rs 18.93 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.42 per cent to Rs 18.95 crore from Rs 14.99 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 26.50 per cent at Rs 1.47 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 2.00 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 99.24 per cent to Rs -0.01 crore as against Rs -1.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 99.27 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 62.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.13 crore, while Taxation increased by 200.00 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore (Sep'25 Rs -0.41 crore).
